It’s now been a little over a year since MLB announced its “City Connect” uniform program. In that time, 10 teams have unveiled their CC uniforms. (The 11th, for the Rockies, is expected to be revealed sometime around the end of this month.) That seems like enough time and enough teams to do a ranking of the CC uniforms we’ve seen so far.
Obviously, the CC program is mostly about lifestyle retailing, with the on-field aspect more incidental than essential. Still, we all have to look at these uniforms on the field, so we may as well grade them on that basis, even if that’s not their primary function.
